About The Role
We’re seeking an outstanding individual with clinical experience or a sports science background to join the Community Rugby team.
Fixed term role until December 2026
We are seeking an outstanding individual with clinical experience or a sports science background to lead the delivery and growth of injury prevention initiatives, including the Warm-Up Programme and Concussion Management Pathway.
In this role, you’ll coordinate programmes, develop Contact Load guidelines, and ensure initiatives are evidence-informed, impactful, and widely adopted. You’ll collaborate with Provincial unions, and external partners to improve player welfare and safety.
The ideal candidate thrives on project management, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving, and has experience implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programmes. You’re tech-savvy, confident with Excel and PowerPoint, and have excellent communication and influencing skills.
