About the role
As our Ticketing Administrator, you’ll play a key part in delivering seamless, high-quality ticketing experiences for fans across Aotearoa. Working closely with internal teams, venues, and external partners, you’ll support the planning, setup, and delivery of ticketing across a range of events.
This is a role where no two days are the same. You’ll be across everything from ticket builds and reporting through to customer queries and administration, ensuring everything runs smoothly from sale right through to game day. This is a great opportunity to be part of the action behind the scenes and contribute to unforgettable fan experiences.
About you
You’re an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You have a natural eye for detail and are confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
You’re a strong communicator who builds positive relationships with ease and approaches your work with a customer-first mindset. You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, solve problems as they arise, and support the wider team wherever needed.
While experience in ticketing, events, or a similar role would be helpful, it’s your attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering amazing work that will set you apart.
