New Zealand Rugby is seeking an experienced, capable and highly organised Team Manager to join the Black Ferns Sevens programme.
The Black Ferns Sevens are one of the world’s leading high-performance teams. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within an elite daily training environment and contribute to success at pinnacle international events.
Working closely with the Head Coach and wider management team, the Team Manager will lead the operational delivery and daily management of the programme, ensuring alignment and excellence across all areas of the environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading team operations, logistics and campaign planning
• Managing travel, accommodation, equipment and operational requirements
• Supporting programme planning and budget management
• Building strong relationships with players, staff and key stakeholders
• Supporting the creation of a connected, high-performing team environment
• Coordinating media, communications and wider programme requirements
To be successful in this role, you will bring proven experience within high-performance sport, exceptional organisational and relationship management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience within professional rugby or women’s high-performance sport.
