NEW ZEALAND SEVENS ASSISTANT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH

New Zealand Rugby is currently seeking an assistant strength and conditioning coach to join the NZ Sevens programme to support the Black Ferns 7s and All Blacks 7s teams as they prepare for the annual 7s World Series and LA Olympics in 2028.

 

 

About The Role


In addition to your experience and expertise, you will have a strong understanding of high-performance environments as well as add to the culture of those who you work with. 


To be successful in this role you will have experience working within a high-performance sports environment and value the discipline required to be part of a strong team culture. A strong empathy for the values which underpin New Zealand rugby will need to be demonstrated, as will high levels of integrity, passion, and competitive drive. 


This is an outstanding opportunity for candidates with the required experience at an International Sevens, Super Rugby, Provincial Union or similar level, to play a key role in the development and ongoing success of the Black Fern Sevens and NZ Rugby.
