Location: Wellington
Full-time, Permanent
We’re looking for an ACC Case Manager to help our people get back on their feet and back in the game. You’ll take the lead on work injury claims, keep us sharp on our Accredited Employer responsibilities, and provide proactive, hands-on support to injured players, especially when cases get complex.
In this role, you’ll:
• Manage ACC claims end-to-end, including lodgement, cover decisions, communications, and legislative compliance.
• Coordinate rehabilitation plans and required medical, social, and vocational assessments to meet ACC standards.
• Oversee complex cases, including incapacity management, weekly compensation calculations, and regular reporting.
• Support disputes and maintain compliance, ensuring accurate records and adherence to ACC and Privacy Act requirements.
• Identify and escalate risks, including inappropriate claiming or potential fraud.
We’re looking for someone with:
• Experience in ACC injury management, case management, or claims administration.
• Tertiary qualification in rehabilitation, case management, or an allied health field.
• Strong knowledge of ACC legislation, rehabilitation principles, and return-to-work practices.
• Excellent communication skills
