Fixed term (6 months), part time (32 hours per week)

As the Intermediate Digital Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity across our digital platforms and high profile brands such as the All Blacks and Black Ferns. You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling digital content across websites, social media, email campaigns, and more. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of our digital presence, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints.
About the role
In this exciting role you will collaborate with others across the wider New Zealand Rugby Group to take creative briefs from concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, and deliver creative solutions to meet needs. You will work to design and produce high-quality digital assets, including graphics, illustrations, photos, videos and animations.
You will enhance design processes and outputs, ensuring you stay at the front of technological advancements in digital design. Using strategic insights on best practices for digital content creation and engagement you will ensure that all digital content has the user experience in mind and creates engagement across all platforms.
To be successful in this role, you will bring 4+ years experience in creating specifically digital assets in a design role. You will have experience in utilising AI technologies and can showcase examples of where this has been delivered to audiences. You are highly competent in various design software across the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign . You have great communication skills, attention to detail and are good at juggling multiple things at once. A knowledge and interest in sport and rugby is a plus too!
