About the role
New Zealand Rugby has an exciting opportunity available. We are looking for a Manager, Contracting & Relationships.
Reporting to the General Manager, Professional Rugby Relationships, you will be responsible for managing employment relationships with individual professional rugby players in New Zealand. Within this role you will undertake contract negotiations and provide strategic contracting advice to the All Blacks , Super Rugby Clubs and other professional teams. You will play a lead role in managing the collective employment environment and work closely with the NZRPA and player representatives in managing these strategic relationships.
In addition to your outstanding relationship management skills you will have previous experience in the professional rugby and/or sporting sector, as well as financial discipline, and familiarity with negotiating and drafting employment contracts and other legal agreements.
