New Zealand Rugby has an exciting opportunity available! We're looking for a National Teams and Pathways Administrator to support our High Performance teams.
At the heart of every great performance is a great team, and behind every great team is someone who ensures it all runs smoothly. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a person with administrative, operational or logistics experience who is proactive, organised, and passionate about rugby to support our National Teams and High Performance Player Development programmes. In this role, you’ll be the operational engine that keeps our campaigns moving, from booking training facilities and coordinating tours, to outfitting teams and managing essential logistics.
What you’ll be doing
• Coordinating travel, accommodation, and outfitting for National Teams
• Working closely with team managers, coaches, and players to ensure everything’s in place before the whistle blows
• Managing equipment stock levels, distribution, and audits
• Providing administrative support to the High Performance Player Development Team
• Collaborating as part of a close-knit High Performance Team
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience in administration, operations or logistics. Experience in the sports sector is a plus
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team player who works well with a diverse range of people and builds positive relationships
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
• A genuine passion for rugby and an understanding of what it takes to perform at the top level
