TikTok Digital Content Producer

Date: 10 Apr 2026

Location: Wellington, NZ, 6011 Auckland, NZ, 1010

Company: New Zealand Rugby Union Incorporated

Take fans behind the scenes of our most iconic teams! We’re looking for a TikTok Digital Content Producer to join us as an independent contractor through to the end of 2026. You will help to bring the stories of the All Blacks and Black Ferns to life.

About the role

This role is responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing video content specifically for TikTok. You will take ownership of our TikTok presence, creating consistent, timely, short-form video that drives reach, engagement, and relevance. With a focus on trend-led storytelling and rapid execution, you’ll identify content opportunities across the week, particularly off field, non rugby moments.

Working closely with our Marketing, Brand, and Content teams, you’ll plan, film, edit, and publish engaging content. This includes behind-the-scenes moments, content window shoots, and match and training footage. You’ll also be reactive on match days and during key announcements, stay on top of trends and pop culture, engage with our community, and use performance insights to continuously refine and grow our channels.

About you

You’re a creative, digitally savvy content producer who knows what works on TikTok. You have experience creating short-form video and thrive in a fast-paced environment where speed and creativity matter.

You’re confident filming and editing using tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut, with a strong understanding of trends, hooks, and storytelling. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and with a team.

You bring strong creative judgement, a willingness to experiment, and the ability to use performance data to improve your content. Experience working with creators or user-generated content is a bonus.

Come and join a high performing and fun team!
