About The Role

 

Location: Auckland (office-based)
Full-time, Permanent

 

 

We’re looking for a service superstar to run our Auckland office and travel logistics, keeping everything smooth so our people can thrive.

 


Be the engine behind a high-performing workplace. In this role, you’ll lead facilities in our Auckland office, ensuring all runs smoothly and safely, coordinate onboarding and special events, and manage complex (mainly international) travel for Auckland-based leaders. As the go-to person on site, you’ll partner with suppliers and internal teams to deliver seamless operations, great experiences for staff and visitors, and drive strong compliance, health & safety, and budget discipline.

 


We’re looking for someone who has:
•    Proven experience in leading facilities management and project coordination, including events and workshops
•    Knowledge of and experience with managing complex travel booking processes 
•    A proactive, self-starting approach with sound judgement and problem-solving ability and a keen focus on process improvement
•    Strong organisational skills, tech confidence and sharp attention to detail
•    Confident communication skills, with the ability to uphold process, and build great relationships
•    A calm, professional style and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
