We’re looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant / Team Services Coordinator to provide exceptional executive, operational and project support across our Commercial team. In this role, you’ll be the trusted right hand to the Chief Commercial Officer, a key support to the NZRC Board Chair, and an essential connector for the wider Commercial Leadership team.
In this role, you’ll:
- Partner with NZR’s Chief Commercial Officer and Leadership Team to drive performance, coordination and delivery across a high-profile commercial portfolio including managing calendars, organising complex travel and meetings, preparing documentation, and keeping communication flowing smoothly
- Support the NZRC Board Chair with high quality coordination and administration, ensuring they are well prepared, well informed, and supported in their governance responsibilities.
- Oversee budget performance, tracking spend to plan and ensuring all expenditure aligns with approved policies and controls.
- Keep commercial projects moving - aligning timelines, tracking progress, preparing updates, supporting delivery, and ensuring stakeholders stay connected and informed.
- Act as the central organiser across people, priorities, and initiatives, helping the Commercial team stay coordinated, proactive, and performing at its best.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience providing highlevel executive support, including working with Boards, senior leaders, and crossfunctional teams.
- Strong project coordination skills, with confidence managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail, capable of juggling complex schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside the interpersonal maturity to engage professionally at all levels.
- Strong technical confidence, including AV tools and advanced Microsoft Word skills, with intermediate capability in Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital systems.
- Independent working capability and sound judgement, delivering highquality outcomes in a fastpaced environment.
- This role requires a high degree of flexibility and responsiveness to support international stakeholders across multiple time zones, particularly during peak commercial and touring periods.
