We’re looking for an organised, proactive Executive Assistant / Team Services Coordinator to support our Chief Communications Officer and help keep our busy Communications team operating at its best. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy bringing clarity to moving parts, and take pride in delivering polished, reliable support, this could be the role for you.
In this role, you’ll:
• Provide executive support to the Chief Communications Officer and Communications team, ensuring priorities, workflows, and operations stay organised and on track.
• Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and communications with confidence and discretion.
• Coordinate team activities, events, and media operations.
• Drive Communications projects, keeping timelines, plans, and stakeholders aligned.
• Support initiatives from planning through to execution, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
We’re looking for someone who has:
• Proven experience providing executive support to senior leaders, with the professionalism and judgement to manage sensitive information.
• A proactive approach - someone who works independently, anticipates needs, and delivers high quality work in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong project coordination skills and confidence managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Outstanding organisational ability and attention to detail, especially when juggling busy schedules and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the interpersonal confidence to engage with people at all levels.
• Strong technical capability, including AV tools and Microsoft Office (advanced Word, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in communications, media, or marketing (desirable).
