New Zealand Rugby is seeking an outstanding coach to join our team as the NZ Sevens Skills & Development Coach, supporting both the All Blacks Sevens and Black Ferns Sevens programmes as they build towards the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role with two National teams. Working closely with the Head Coaches and wider performance staff, you will lead critical areas of player and programme development that underpin sustained international success.
We're looking for a coach with proven experience in high-performance rugby, exceptional technical coaching capability and a passion for developing people. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, bring a growth mindset, and have the ability to influence performance through strong relationships, innovation and attention to detail.
Just as importantly, you will demonstrate the values that underpin New Zealand Rugby integrity, respect, excellence and teamwork and contribute positively to the culture of two world leading programmes.
