NEW ZEALAND UNDER 20 RUGBY TEAM ASSISTANT COACH

 

 

Planning is now underway for the 2027 New Zealand Under 20 campaign.

 


New Zealand Rugby is seeking expressions of interest from applicants available to help prepare the 2027 New Zealand Under 20 Team for The Rugby Championship U20s in April and May, and the U20 World Championship in June and July. This role requires the ability to travel internationally and assemble with the team for approximately 60 days, as well as contribute to planning and programme delivery in New Zealand.

 

 

We are looking to fill the following position:

 

ASSISTANT COACH (Defence / Forwards) 


The Assistant Coach will support and contribute to the coaching, selection and development of the team. Accountable to the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach’s primary responsibility will be defence and assist with forward play or contact.

 


>> Candidates must be resident in New Zealand and have recent professional coaching experience in New Zealand, with a minimum of NPC-level experience.
