The Brand Systems Design Lead is responsible for building and evolving NZR’s brand systems across competitions, teams and platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity and scalability across everything we create.
About the role
Reporting to the Creative Director – Brand, you will design and maintain scalable brand systems, including visual frameworks, templates and guidelines.
You’ll ensure cohesive brand expression across digital, print and broadcast, working closely with the Digital Design Lead and wider Brand & Marketing team. With a strong understanding of brand architecture and a systems mindset, you’ll leverage AI and technology to streamline workflows, strengthen governance and support long-term brand health.
About you
You’re an experienced brand designer (5-6 years) with strong technical skills across Adobe Creative Cloud and experience designing for web. You think in systems, have exceptional attention to detail, and communicate confidently with stakeholders. You’re comfortable integrating AI into design workflows and are passionate about creating practical, high-quality frameworks that empower others to deliver great work.
