Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available to join New Zealand Rugby! We are looking for an organised, proactive and people focused superstar to join our small but mighty Office Management team on a part time basis. In this varied role, you will provide operational and administrative support to our Wellington office, helping to create a welcoming, efficient workplace and ensure our office facilities run smoothly.
About The Role
We need your support for 20 hours across five days per week. This is an office based role, however there is flexibility on the start and finish times each day, Ideally you’ll love rugby, but most importantly, you’ll love people.
A key responsibility of this role is managing the New Zealand Rugby Info email box, ensuring all fan and general enquiries are responded to promptly, professionally, and in line with the Rugby Way. As the first point of contact, you will deliver outstanding written customer service while also supporting our Wellington office with a friendly, welcoming presence for staff and visitors.
This role also includes other general office administration, courier management, invoice processing, and being responsible for maintaining stationery and consumables stock levels.
You will support the Office & Travel Relationships Manager in any office management requirements as well as extra administration support within the wider People, Safety and Wellbeing team.
We operate a self-service reception although some reception duties may be required during events or when there are large meetings in the office.
To be successful in this role you will know how to how to communicate with all types of people, be a great problem solver, and know how to priortise a busy workload! Ideally we're looking for someone with at least 4-5 years of previous experience in an administration and customer service role.
