Overview

At New Zealand Rugby, rugby is more than just a game, it connects communities and inspires people across Aotearoa. We are looking for a Project Manager to support with the delivery of strategic initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with the Executive Team and senior leaders, this role will bring structure, coordination and momentum to projects and programmes that help deliver our strategic priorities.

 

About this role

You will provide project management support across a range of strategic initiatives, helping to translate priorities into clear plans, timelines and deliverables. You will coordinate workstreams, track progress, manage reporting, facilitate meetings and governance processes, and ensure risks, actions and dependencies are visible and well managed. You will also help to improve project management capability across the organisation.

 

About you

You are organised and collaborative with experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating complex projects across multiple stakeholders. You bring strong planning, communication and relationship management skills, along with the ability to keep initiatives moving. You will have experience working in project management roles at complex organisations. Most importantly, you are proactive, adaptable and motivated by contributing to meaningful outcomes across the organisation. An interest in sports is a bonus too!
